A series of property businesses have entering project land segment, making supply of villas, townhouses in Hanoi soar in 2017.
In 2016, after the official announcement of Vinhomes Thang Long project with total area of 24 hectares, the property giant Vingroup silently implemented Vinhomes Gardenia My Dinh project, covering an area of 17 hectares.
Compared to supply in 2016, these are is the two projects with the largest scale of project land supply in Hanoi, with about 1,000 luxury townhouses and villas.
In late 2016, the group continued to carry out Vinhomes Me Tri project with total area of 32 hectares and phase 2 of Vinhomes Long Bien prject, adding a large supply of townhouses, villas for the market.
Along with Vingroup, many large enterprises have also entered the segment with notable projects. For example, Bitexco Group joins hands with Japan's Mitsubishi to develop a low-rise building with 240 units (out of 1,000 low-rise units) and 2 out of 7 high-rise blocks in The Manor Central Park project.
A series of other large enterprises are implementing and launching low-rise residential projects. For example, Gamuda Land Vietnam is now offering 300 products in Tropical zone of Gamuda Gardens project. Nam Cuong Group is also launching and selling shophouses in An Phu Shop House of Duong Noi urban area.
Meanwhile, Geleximco Group is developing Green Daisy zone of Le Trong Tan urban area (Ha Dong district). Nam An Khanh urban area project of Song Da Sudico is also on construction.
