I recently invested in a new business and needed to use some of my home equity line for the initial down payment. I anticipate being able to put the money back relatively quickly. If there was an issue is there a way to get another equity line? I have a lot of equity in my home, or do I need to refinance to pull money out?

My husband just got a large bonus and we just recently got declined for a mortgage. Should we re-apply with the new money in our account or do we have to wait a certain amount of time?

We have just sold our home but we're unsure where we should purchase now. We are waiting for some job information for my husband before we make any permanent decisions. The one who purchased my home can't move until December. Would it be reasonable to ask to rent the home from them for the next few months? Is that possible?

I am a newly licensed real estate agent. I have gone on a number of listing appointments and I have not gotten a single listing. I have worked with a few buyers but I have yet to make a deal. I am sure it takes hard work and dedication, but are there any strategies I should try? Or any tips for getting a listing?

My husband lost his job for a long time. My business also gets some troubles. We have not been able to pay our mortgage for about 1 year, so the bank recently sent us a foreclosure notice. We’re so worried. Is there any things we can do to get back on track?

I'm seeking for a house to live in and sell after several years as an investment. I prefer a house with garden and swimming pool (a small one is ok). Does a pool add value to my home when I sell it? I heard that pool is dangerous with children so it will decrease the value of my home.

My home is recently listed with a top broker in our area. I really feel like they are listing my home for too low of a price. My husband and I feel the value is much greater. How would we go about doing some of our own research?
